BTA Ballscrew End Adaptor Allows Rapid Customisation of Ballscrew End Detail

Kuroda Jena Tec are pleased to announce the launch of the BTA ballscrew end adaptor system which is a patented proprietary system for providing a standardised end locator for Kuroda ballscrew products. Designed to be a separate end locator and bearing journal, the unit allows the ballscrew shaft to be cut to length and then assembled with the standard BTA unit by manual assembly and clamping with no welding, press fitting or machining of the ballscrew required.

This represents an enormous productivity and flexibility gain for distributors and stockists of our product in that standard end journal details can be provided simply and easily without the need for expensive, time consuming end machining and a reduced need for extensive inspection and control of external subcontract machining operations. Initially available via Kuroda Jena Tec worldwide facilities, the BTA adaptor will be increasingly extended to our specialist distributors in due course.
